These terms govern your use of Sunbeam’s industrial ergonomics and workflow logistics services. By engaging our services, you accept these conditions.
Sunbeam provides commercial facility design, structural ergonomics consulting, and industrial workflow logistics optimization. Our work is guided by the Nigerian Factories Act and related regulations. We do not offer clinical psychology, therapy, or medical health services.
You agree to provide accurate information about your facility, operations, and any existing compliance issues. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and for implementing our recommendations in a timely manner. Failure to disclose material facts may limit our liability.
Sunbeam’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or production downtime, even if advised of the possibility. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
All designs, reports, and recommendations we deliver remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended facility. You may not resell or redistribute our work without written consent.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you pay for services rendered up to the effective date. Sunbeam may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or fail to cooperate with reasonable requests.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect 30 days after posting on our website. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions, contact us at info@sunbeampsychology.com.
